Ready Set Read

Who loves a good book? Oh...that would be me.

I love being able to escape from reality and sink into a good book that loads my imagination with something other than the outside world of stress...

I've been reading since I was pretty young. I remember being very picky with what books/authors I would read. There were just a select few authors and that included Jackie Collins, Danielle Steel, and VC Andrews. I would read one book and wait for a new one to come out.

After growing a bit in life, I realized that I could open up my world of books and not be so closed in what I chose to read.

A few years back I a friend at work loaned me her JD Robb books (she owns them all!) and I read those for a year straight until I got caught up. I'm not one for murder mysteries or futuristic books, but once I started them, I was hooked. I can pick these books up and finish within a few days.

I'm now on the 29th book, Kindred in Death and it's just as good as all of the others. Of course I think they do get better as they go along!!!

I'm halfway done with the book and would love to hear your thoughts.
